1.22.0.0 Freecam modification

First install the freecam mod by goofy67 found here: http://www.goofy67-wot.de/hangar-freecam.html. Then replace the configs file with the file provided on chems.gg to get the altered settings for a smoother camera. This altered version of free cam is what I use in my videos.
